Volunteer Scholarships & Internships You Should Consider
Make a difference in your community and earn scholarships.
Doing good for others makes you a happier person and can also help you pay for school. According to WebMD, serving others in need can make you a healthier and happier person! Many scholarship programs seek to reward students who spend their time giving back via public service and community service projects with scholarship funding. Giving back to others is also great for your brag sheet, college applications or to add on to your resume. Look at this list of Volunteer & Community Service Internships.
Plus, community service offers a wide range of activities which you can do with family and friends bringing you closer together. During the COVID pandemic, you can even volunteer virtually! Want to give back locally? Check with your city council office to see if they know of any charities or businesses in your town that have virtual-volunteer opportunities.
